As the director of creative engagement, I provide strategic leadership on initiatives that cultivate and empower the creator and the cinephile at all levels. By developing a dynamic portfolio of conferences, talks, masterclasses, exhibitions, performances and marketplaces for film, television, virtual reality, live performance and film music, Creative Engagement extends the boundaries of our collective understanding of screen-based storytelling. 


As the programmer of VIFF LIVE, I curate major events that diversify the dimensionality of the festival experience. With a focus on live performances, I have worked with talent including RZA (Wu Tang Clan), Kid Koala, Goblin, Song Exploder, Chuck D (Public Enemy) and On Cinema at the Cinema with Tim Heidecker & Gregg Turkington.

Here There crafts experiences and story that activates brands, ideas and spaces in pursuit of the unexpected. In leading an award-winning, experiential marketing studio, I overse brand creative with end-to-end project development and management. I collaborate with and manage clients to design an inspired vision while leading production, art direction and the development of brand story in a boutique studio environment.

Notable clients include lululemon, Samsung, Telus, Quality Green, Constellation Brand, The Vancouver Art Gallery and The Vancouver Aquarium.

Program Director, 2013 Season
The 2013 season of the Vancouver Chinatown Market marked a new vision for the 18-year summer tradition bolstering one of the oldest Chinese markets in North America as a modern, all-ages, cultural hub.

As program director, I co-developed the rebranding of the Market, curated and produced a 3 month calendar of events engaging over 20 community arts organizations and introduced original programming including The Chinatown Ping Pong Club, The Chinatown Mahjong Social, The Chinatown Outdoor Cinema, and the Golden Dumpling Cook-Off & Derby.
