Yin Yeung Express was a three day event where supper and storytelling came together. Stories revolving around culinary nostalgia told by some of Vancouver’s most respected writers were paired with four fine-dining interpretations of humble Hong Kong cafe classics. Each evening was curated by some of the city’s signature cultural purveyors: Rain City Chronicles and Rice Paper Magazine welcomed some of Vancouver's most celebrated authors as speakers such as Charlie Demers, Madeline Thien and JJ Lee.
